On October 27, 2024 the Third Sunday team joyfully visited and celebrated Diwali with Vishramghar old age home, where we spent a beautiful day with over 120+ grandparents, many of whom have no family.

The event was Full of emotions and experiences, their never ending Life stories, and a simple example of How to live our Life. Their Simplicity, Gestures and Emotions are far more better than ours, Just because they live their lives in their own way.

Our Volunteers connected deeply with these grandparents, shared life experience, played games, Sang songs and also Danced together. A perfect day spent by young generation with the younger ones in their 2nd innings.

Apart from that, Third Sunday has Donated Items worth INR 1,00,000/- to satisfy their needs,

• New Clothes for Diwali Celebration
• Grocery items ( rice, daal, aata etc.) as per their requirement
• Diwali Decoration (Kandil, Diyas etc.)
